Meeting Information

We ask all attendees to preregister for this meeting. The registration information significantly assists us in preparations for the meeting.  The cut-off for preregistration is May 14th, 2024.  Please click on the highlighted "Register Now" button above.  When you preregister online, you will receive emails on committee meetings, final announcements, and other information that will help you prepare for your meeting. 

There is a voluntary $50 Committee Activity Fee that can be paid during your online registration.  This meeting will be taking place at Southern Museum of Flight located at 4343 73rd St N, Birmingham, AL 35206

There are a variety of hotels nearby the Southern Museum of Flight. The Irondale area hotels are closest to the Southern Museum of flight, about a 10 minute driving distance.

The Trussville area hotels are a bit farther away from the Museum with about a 15-20 minute driving distance to the Southern Museum of flight.
